I'm so sad about this. I've been coming to this salon for a couple of decades and have seen it change ownership a few times. I've recommended this place to many, many friends. Until yesterday. I had a very poor experience. I arrived at 2:15 pm, as instructed, for a gel manicure (they close at 5:00 pm on Sundays). The technician who did my manicure was in such a hurry. The water was cold. I get nervous going to new places for pedicures because sometimes they can be really bad experiences but I felt relieved almost the second I got there. The lady who did my sister and I pedicures was very nice and gentle which is what I was worried about and she was great! I got gel polish and it looks great I love how it was dry when I left and didn’t have to worry about messing them up. Definitely will be going back!
My daughter and I got our nails done for her prom her boyfriend was with us too so we bullied him into having a pedicure! He was a good sport. They did a wonderful job my daughters nails look exactly the way she asked
"Terrible 1st time experience" - first time & last time going there. Went in for a Pedi, first red flag; not a customer in site on a Tuesday afternoon. The older guy they put me with had no clue what he was doing and did not speak or understand English at all, he cut my toe nails WAY too short & angled both sides. They hurt for about 2 days after.
