original manicurist (dree) the man , was being so rude and ignoring me when I was asking him to fix the issue ..I was so unhappy and uncomfortable when I saw how unprofessional he was being I do not plan to come here ever again due to this reason. Sue the manager was so ashamed she offered to fix the issue but I was so upset because the manicurist was being spiteful and disregarded everything I asked him to fix.
I went here about a year ago to just get gel polish and they filed my nails so hard they were bleeding underneath and kept going and then proceeded to put nail polish remover over all the cuts. Very horrible and painful service
75 dollars for there to be a hair under the polish one finger (circled) and my cuticles to be absolutely destroyed. There was also multiple nails that are bleeding, puffy, and burning and when I called to ask for at least a partial refund I was told no and that I could come in for them to redo them. I wouldn’t go back here to get more infections so no I don’t want them redone.
