I would like to share my experience with MB carpet cleaing this past week I had carpet streching and shampoo and after he was done it was wet to walk on it to check it out I waited the next day and i saw the streching was very bad and the cut was too big ,so much spacees where he cut ،the cleaning was also issued I sed him the pictures and ask him to call me ,he never did I tried to call and left a several massage he never return the call. ***EDIT: I updated this from a 1 to a 3 because the technician returned to attempt to redo some of the areas.*** Spent $700 for them to clean my carpets and uphostery before my baby was born. The intent was to have the house be super clean and ready for baby, and I was so excited for the day when the carpet cleaners would come.
