Absolutely horrible job. I hired this person for spot stain removal and carpet cleaning, and he completely ruined my carpet. At first, the carpet actually looked clean, but after about 48 hours, the stains came back worse than before. They were originally smaller and less noticeable, but whatever he used ended up spreading them, making them larger and more visible.
