Bad customer service. They scheduled an appointment for me, but they didn't show or call me. I took a day off for a no call or no-show. I reached out to them to this day no reply back. I wouldn't recommend them.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called multiple times from multiple phones and asked if I could speak with the owner. They rudely hung up on me without even asking why I was calling than proceeded to ignore my calls. I’m assuming they thought I was a salesperson but would not let me get it out to them that I’m not I was only calling to get insight into the business and I’m not even near their area I’m hundreds of miles away but the most I was allowed to get out was hi is the owner available than click hung up. Super disappointed in this company. They were scheduled to come out however I didn’t answer my ring door bell fast enough so they left two minutes later. I called immediately and sent several messages however they did not answer. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.
Disappointed with wet carpets left after cleaning. I would not recommend.
