They personally have made it a mission to prevent any unit owners in my building (200 apts) from renovating ANYTHING. Two years nobody has done a single renovation and the board is useless passing all blame to them. Bought this apt to renovate last year. Now selling this unit unchanged and wasted a year. The management of our building by this company has been an unmitigated disaster. If I could, I would give them a zero-star rating without hesitation. Over the past seven years, their tenure has seen our once orderly and well-maintained building plummet into chaos.
