Daniel has been taking care of me and my family for many years! He’s very honest, dependable and knowledgeable! He gives you ideas and options for jewelry, even if for higher end costume jewelry! He’s amazing jeweler and highly recommend!
I brought my watch here a little before Christmas. Daniel said it would be repaired in a couple of days. However, he held onto it for a couple of weeks. After not hearing anything, I called him on a Wednesday at around 9 AM to check on the watch. He answered and said he wasn’t open yet to call back after 10 AM. He then asked me for my ticket number. I appreciate honesty. The man that helped me not only replaced my watch battery, but explained why the last one pooped out so quickly. The other place I'd gone to had used a poor quality battery that was also too small to fit. He's got my business from now on.
