3 times - I have taken my wall clock to repair the little box in back. One time they said they never seen the clock before, other time I waited for 3 weeks for a call back to get clock. Clock is now not working again. Not going back for a 4th time.

I brought my watch here a little before Christmas. Daniel said it would be repaired in a couple of days. However, he held onto it for a couple of weeks. After not hearing anything, I called him on a Wednesday at around 9 AM to check on the watch. He answered and said he wasn’t open yet to call back after 10 AM. He then asked me for my ticket number. I appreciate honesty. The man that helped me not only replaced my watch battery, but explained why the last one pooped out so quickly. The other place I'd gone to had used a poor quality battery that was also too small to fit. He's got my business from now on.
