This company is there to market vacant units and collect rent. We were asked to not close utilities when we left, that they would transfer utilities to their name. After 2 months of not living there and repeated assurances that they would do so, they finally took our name off the Tacoma Public Utilities account, and have not refunded us for the 2 months we paid during the vacancy. They've ignored emails and won't directly take phone calls. May have to take them to small claims court.
There needs to be a rating of no stars for this company. They are absolutely worthless and have zero customer service satisfaction. The director does not respond to any questions when asked. If you are a new HOA or other company “ stay away from this place”. If you’ve heard the saying “ it’s good on payday” that them.
Been living in an apt they manage for the last 2 years. They respond quickly to issues and take great care of the property. And managing monthly payments and interactions have been super easy. Great option if you're lucky enough to snag one of their options.
Major lack of actual & ethical management. Disgusting experience with this property management company. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time and energy on these people. They will lie and lie and lie and take zero ownership for issues that they are responsible for.
