Had an issue with the furnace in the past. I called explained the issue. The repair man was on time, friendly and knew right away and fixed the furnace.
JC heating and cooling responded to my call in a very timely manner. They had a technician out within 15 minutes of my call. They sent text updates on the status of their technician and even sent a picture of who the were sending so I knew who was entering my home, huge safety feature as a woman with a young child in the home. Wesley was super professional, checked multiple places in the home to ensure there was no gas leak. Found an itty bitty one and mitigated it right away.
