We were very pleased with their work! First, I chose JC Heating and Air Conditioning over 2 other local companies because Chris, the sales rep and manager, was nice, down-to-earth, and honest. With our 18-foot ceiling and loft over the living room and kitchen area, we often struggle to keep the place warm. Chris brilliantly recommended installing an additional return air duct in the loft to recirculate the hot air that naturally gets trapped there, thereby making the system work more efficiently and effectively. These guys are legit! Our heater went out in the winter and they booked us ASAP. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them for any and all HVAC services!
