Last January, I contacted JC Electric (Cougar) to inquire about upgrading our 10-year-old (Outback NanoCarbon) lead-acid battery back-up system for Lithium Ion. He also suggested that we also swap out our 10 year old inverter (Outback) and suggested SolArk and EG4 batteries. I'm very glad he did. The SolArk is SOOO much quieter! He and his team did a very pro job. Very knowledgeable.
These guys are great!!! I had 2 other companies come out several times and never fixed the issue with our solar home backup system. These guys solved it within 2 hours!
