i had a heat problem for a month i reported this to them like four times and all they did is give me attitude on the phone and not take care of the situation, they also never placed windows guards on lease agreement it states i am able to get windows guards they say they cant because its first floor which doesnt make any sense can you please lower the rent for next month due to this issue i cannot sleep at night, the heats makes extreme noise. i reported this a week ago, super called and said he took care of this issue, and ... read more

I would like to share my experience regarding this landlord. We rented an apartment from this landlord at 1510 Ocean Parkway in Brooklyn for two years. Thank God the rental agreement arrived on time. Unlike what I read in the comments of others. The apartment was rented to us by a broker. When we viewed the apartment, the price was one thing, but when we signed the contract, the price was already different. I am not sure if it was true, but the broker said she had quoted the wrong price and the landlord gave her a new price.... read more

I am so tired of these people not getting back to calls. I have called multiple times over the last year and not one time has my calls been answered or responded to. The main office mailbox is always conveniently full too. I reached out to ABC news and there will be a report on these slumlords.
