Called/emailed about a 2019 Buick Encore. Spoke to Justin and decided to make the trip after we communicated. When I arrived, the vehicle had a large amount of cosmetic damage, 3 bald tires,and a broken radio that would not turn on. None of this was disclosed when I called earlier in the day.
