I have purchased at least 4 vehicles from JC auto and been very pleased. In fact I am looking for an SUV now and will be calling them!!!
This is a terrible auto place. They do not want to honor the warranty on parts and labor and will not send in paper work when the vehicle needs servicing even with warranty. The car engine in my car went out in about 2 months after purchasing and I bought another one through them. This engine went out in about 2 weeks. Although I have a mileage warranty and I am waiting for the paperwork to be faxed to the place I am having the work completed, I have yet to receive the paperwork.
