Good local auto repair shop in 28th and Commercial
Would not recommend this shop if you expect professional communication or basic respect as a customer. I came in asking simple questions about diagnostics and repair pricing for a check engine light issue and was met with an incredibly condescending attitude from the start. I understand the difference between a free code scan and a full diagnostic. That was never the issue. JC flushed my radiator and let me know what to expect and gave me a very reasonable price. Actually, better than reasonable. We started talking about Score off road racing and that’s when I knew I was dealing with a legit mechanic. He definitely will be my goto mechanic in San Diego.
If I could I give them a 0. I took my car to get checked on a Friday at 10am. The engine light was on. I was told to check back by 12 pm. When I did I was told it was hard for them to tell me what was wrong. I was advised to leave my car and they would call me at 5 pm. I left the car and they never called. I called and still no answer on what was wrong with my car. I was told they would call me on Saturday at 9am. At 8 am I had discussed different options w/ my husband. At 9 am they never called.
