I brought my car in to have a leaking AC line replaced at J and C Auto and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Chris. He was professional, kind and directly communicated the type and cost of repairs that needed to be done to my vehicle. Jack has been a life saver. I have a manuel transmission and thought I had lost my clutch. I call Jack. He not only picked me up, drove and made arrangements to have it towed to his shop AND lent me his cadillac so I was able to get home. This all happened on a Friday around 4:15. I expected to get my Kia back early the next week but... my phone rang on Saturday and my Kia was fixed! AMAZING! Thank you Suzette DiTonno for introducing me to your husband, Jack.
