Elevator has been out since Oct 2021 it's February 2022, still out. Parts replacements have failed 3+ times now. Said elevator inspectors were coming on a federal holiday, obviously state inspectors did not come. Communication is horrible, last notice was from 2.5 weeks ago, multiple requests for information have gone out and nothing. Only thing that's regular from them is the collection of HOA fees.
Gypsy Organization. Rude, Unprofessional Can't Account for Funds Entrusted to them. ($30k+ missing). 10 weeks for elevator repair and still not operational??? Rodent infestation because they won't pay pest control company. Only want to use their overpriced contractors. (Kickbacks) Butler thinks it's acceptable for heating systems to be non-functional in January? STAY AWAY!
Good positive experiences working with James the company owner and management team over the years. If they do mot have the resources, they will provide recommendations from handy mans to locksmiths. Professional and responsive.
