Horrible to drop patients off! Valet service would not let me drop my mom off (who has trouble walking) at the "patient drop off" sign because we weren't valet. They kept screaming at my dad who was driving and wanted us to drop my mom off on the corner of the street and walk the rest of the way. I told them we were dropping her off at the sign. I got out with my mom, then the valet purposely parked a vehicle in front of my dad to block him in and he was not able to see my mom before the surgery. Extremely rude to us on an a... read more
