Quite impressive Store is beautiful - wide open layout as you make your way through the main entrance. Immediately, you are greeted warmly by several staff members. I was simply coming here to get my wife's necklace repaired, so I was guided to the front desk where the receptionist took my information and invited me to take a seat on one of the many couches and chairs provided. Buyer Beware!! Buyer Beware!! You would think that when you’re dropping thousands on an engagement ring, you’d get pretty excellent customer service. Not at J. Brown!! My fiancé bought my ring there and the shiesty salesman failed to point out that there was a very visible natural inclusion (think large black dot that I could see with the naked eye holding my hand two feet from my face).
