My long time go to, only jeweler I will choose!! After 23 years we upgraded my wedding ring and both Kim and John were at patient, giving advice, but allowing me to choose what I wanted after 10 trips into the store to find the right ring. Kim was so patient offered advice and assured me I found the right ring!! I’m in love with my new wedding right and will wear it for many years!!!

Called in because I needed the simple task done of removing a couple links from a watch band I recently purchased. Was told it'd be $15 and to just bring it in. I drive about 40 minutes the next day only to be told by someone who was literally just sitting in their phone before I walked in that for any watch adjustments they would need to be done by their "watch specialist" who is only in a few times a week.... uhh ok? Would rate lower if I could. Went to get a ring appraised. Then said they couldn’t do it that day and they’d have to send it to another store. We had them appraise a chain ant the same time to gauge their process and honesty. They quoted $900 for the chain. The spot price of gold alone in the chain is $2000. Currently selling at a competitor at $4600. They gave my wife a rough appraisal in her ring that was $2,500. Similar ring on thier website is $10,000. So either 1 of 2 things are true.
