I wanted to leave five stars, but a few days after a ring repair here I noticed a prong was broken off of my ring. I called and they said they would repair it since they had JUST had my ring, but when I brought it in they said they’d charge me an additional $100 just to fix a single prong, after I just spent $400 to get my ring repaired. Unfortunately because of this I will not be returning and would recommend anyone else to steer clear as they arent careful with your valuable jewelry and aren’t willing to fix mistakes.
Every time I come inside I feel like a valued client and other than a repair, I’ve not had the luxury of a purchase - yet. They let me try on pieces and have so much fun together doing it. Annie listens and makes you feel like a friend and it’s a treat every time I walk in for repairs and cleanings - and one day soon an anniversary ring. ;) thank you JBrooks! Pictured below is their ruby bracelet paired with a recent repair I was there to pick up. They took meticulous care with an heirloom piece I got fixed for my mom!
Got my engagement ring and my fiancé’s wedding band here! It was such a wonderful experience. All staff was friendly, punctual with communication and were able to work with our timeline! I recommend!
