Had a watch resized. They were incredibly professional and patient with me as we worked together to get the perfect fit i was looking for. i left feeling incredibly happy about the experience.
Annie was awesome! I had no clue what I was doing when I went in to get an engagement ring and she helped me through every step of the way. Made the process really easy and seamless. When I had to go back to get wedding bands it was just as easy. Everything we got was high quality. Annie was great and I would definitely recommend J Brooks.

None of their employees have ever made me feel pressured into buying anything, which I deeply appreciate- it’s always a pleasant experience.
