(5/2025): Always my go-to salon if I'm in the area! I got my hair cut by Angel and he was wonderful and friendly. Prices are still reasonable and top-tier service!! Love my haircut. Every time! Elena is an expert. I like to play and try new styles and she knows how to make my vision work with my hair type. Great crew all around.
[Updating, after speaking with the stylist, to better understand what went wrong.] We brought both of our children here (3 and 5), and the communication between mother and stylist - i.e. the stylists attention to the mother's requests - was not great, and the cuts wound up being very rough, with uneven patches, and far more taken off than requested. I have been seeing Angel since my college days at Cal. Although I now live in South Bay, I look forward to the drive up for my haircuts. Recently, my daughter had been asking for a butterfly haircut, so we visited him for her first salon haircut. Angel is truly an artist.
