Missing clarity and honesty in communication: I booked Elena through the website for a consultation, which was canceled two hours before the appointment. This is the second time I’ve gotten my hair cut by James and he is truly incredible and so kind!! I have a lot of hair, and he really takes his time and is never in a rush. I’ve shown him pictures of wolf cuts and bangs and the cut always ends up exactly like what I’m looking for! So nice to chat with too. And super affordable. Seriously can’t recommend him enough! :) Put the cut I got and what it looked like before (he also cut my hair in the longer look) for some pics!
I booked for wash and blow out appointment and the amount mentioned during booking was different than what the stylist charged me. It was very expensive service for wash and blow out which I will never get done here . It would have been really nice if the stylist was a bit transparent from the beginning about the charges
