This salon was closed down and it’s being renovated now. It looks like it will be a spa or sth. There is a store next to this unit ( used to be the display of their products ) owned by the same company. I passed by and see sth related to *hair. So I hope everyone should be more cautious when they go in. and I m kind of curious how someone could still go to have the haircut and wrote the review…. Extremely disappointed with my haircut from Bosco. I received a hair cut that anyone could have done, I could have done the cut myself. I told her I preferred layers but she said it wouldn't look good and I ended up with thick short hair. It's as if I just took my hair and cut it straight across, taking off about 4 inches and that's it. Why did I spend $65 to come here to get my hair cut if I could have just taken scissors to do that at home? You may look for him from the company, since he blocked you. He definitely needs to take full responsibility for all your losses and sufferings. I had haircut and balayage here. I was disappointed by their professionalism. The customer service was bad. The hair stylist kept me waiting and do hair cut for another customer. If you are looking for a real Japanese salon as they advertised on the website. This not a place to go. Totally not recommend.
