Great experience.
Highly recommend this office! I was in town for work, and not only were they able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment, they were able to take care of my pesky tooth. The waiting area was welcoming and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Dr. Carter was upfront, honest, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s refreshing to visit a dentist who genuinely cares and makes you feel comfortable the whole time.
Basically good experience getting a couple of crowns, but ideally I want a dentist who owns the procedure from start to finish, instead of being handed over to an assistant for final adjustments, which in one instance didn't end up quite right, thus requiring another appointment. Also, some of the music was a bit irritating, not at all ideal for relaxing. Dr. Mark Carter strikes me as a talented dentist and very personable. And one of the hygienists, Hannah, is simply superb.
Fallon is amazing, she is the ultimate Hygienist I have ever had in my entire lifetime.
