I almost hesitate to tell you all who my plumber was because he was SO INCREDIBLE that I kind of want to keep him a secret (ahem: Zach Staar). He came out and spent a couple hours with me in attempts to diagnose our issue. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and VERY dedicated to figuring out what our problem was. Scott was professional, very informative and extremely nice. He showed and explained exactly what he was doing while examining my sewer line. Even though there was nothing wrong he explained what to watch out for in the future in order to avoid problems. And because there was nothing wrong I wasn’t charged for the service call! I will definitely be using J Blanton Plumbing in the future.
