I brought my PC into J-BIT Tech after it completely stopped booting following a trip. I had tried everything at home and was convinced my motherboard was entirely fried, which would have been a very expensive replacement. The team took it in and figured out that my board had actually gone into a protective lockdown from a power surge. My friend poured coffee (by accident) on her keyboard. JBit was an easy referral. They had her computer in the ICU for 2 days. They weren't able to Dave it, but they have it their great and all...
In my two recent visits to J-Bit Tech, they listened carefully to the symptoms I described with my computer and provided 1) an upgraded RAM solution for memory, and 2) an upgraded Solid State hard drive to handle my capacity problems. The prices were very reasonable and the turnaround time for repairs was acceptable. I will go back to them again with any problems I have.
Excellent customer service and competitively priced computer repair services. Also love the "office dog".
