I had to have a battery replaced on my Mac. J-Bit did a great job. I really appreciated the communication I received. They let me know when the battery was ordered and when it was scheduled to be delivered. Got it taken care of fast! Friendly, professional, and always appreciate a business with a dog! :)

My wife and I started two LLCs last year and we manage them in our home office. Having Josh and his team helping us keep all the pieces working together, protected, backed up and maintained is a huge relief. Sooooo much better than the big box tech support we used to struggle with.
J-Bit Tech is amazing. They monitor my office computers on a monthly basis. They remote in when I mess something up, which is frequently. I have known Josh for 8 years now and do not trust my business with anyone else.
