*UPDATED* J-Bit reached out to me and took care of me and apologized for the misunderstanding. Despite my frustrations and the break down in communication, J-Bit was always professional and courteous.
Bait and switch pricing and charged me for services I did not authorize when I brought the computer back for Warranty work. The hard drive on my 1.5 year old laptop randomly erased itself and my computer would not recognize any drives or Windows Creation Media in the Bios. The computer was also pulling power and was noticeably warm after being shut down for several hours. They were able to rescue all my data from a PC with a dead mother board. They also helped me set up my new Dell. They were quick, efficient and didn't talk down to my gray hair! Wonderful service.
