Austin and J. Bertolet team are fantastic! We recently purchased our CPO Volkswagen from them and it was the easiest car purchasing experience I have experienced. Since I am two hours from the dealer, all business was handled through phone or email and when we arrived, all documents were ready to sign for a quick delivery. Austin was helpful, professional and friendly. I look forward to doing future business with them!

I had a great experience during my service visit. My service advisor was friendly and the work was done in a timely manner. They even washed my car by hand! Sparkling clean. Best service ever. Highly recommend. Will be back in August for scheduled service with peace of mind.
