I’ve been driving past this ranch for 46 years and never stopped. Friday I stopped. I’ve never eaten bison before and have wanted to. I bought a loin and they told me how to cook it. It was the best piece of meat I’ve ever eaten! Incredibly tender and such good flavor, with only salt and pepper. I won’t drive past again without stopping. It’s really that good
