They will sell you trash and never pick up
Very horrible place to do business with. They found a renter for one of my properties and the person they found had evictions. They did not do a background check with the previous landlord. To top it off, they put the same tenant in another property and didn't do a rental verification with me. The same tenant left my house full of furniture, dirty and broken garage door etc. The tenant didn't let me know she had moved. I called Teresa and the owner and they didn't care.
