This review will echo those that have already been posted. While I lived in a JB Realty apt. for 8 years, it was really only out of my disdain for moving. There were things wrong with my apartment since the day I moved in that never got fixed. The door was so busted that the deadbolt broke and I needed to replace it myself. While the apartments they rent are nice, if you have an issue - any issue - JB Realty is impossible to get in touch with. They don't answer their phones, they don't respond to voicemails, they are rarely in their offices, and only occasionally do they respond to letters dropped off at their offices. Even if you do get a live person on the phone, there is no follow through. Every issue we've had with the apartments (door locks, heat not working, whatever) we've either had to fix ourselves or strong arm JB into fixing.

Absolute worst renters I've ever encountered. Can't fix the simplest of problems and won't come to fix anything for at least a week after your initial complaint. Don't ever move to their locations. Just terrible!
