RecommendedI had a hot water slab leak and termite damage in the upstairs bathroom. I did my homework and found 3 plumbers on my own and also contacted 3 recommended by Angie's List. Out of the 6 estimates I received JB was in the middle of the pack. JB Plumbing was the only company offering patch work when running the new PEX water system and only one other company could do both the PEX work and remodel of the upstairs bathroom. JB Plumbing responded to my home within a hour from my first phone call. My plumbing issue was a leak in my interior wall. After investigating the leak source the leak was quickly found and repaired. A small pin hole in the copper piping that was hidden behind a wall and cabinets. I called my insurance company and JB talk and walked my claims adjuster through his detection process. I was very impressed and happy with JB service and professionalism.
Called to talk to them to verify their address. Address says 515 W.Allen and when I looked it up it was a house. When I called a guy answered and I asked if their address was 515 W.Allen and in an irritable voice he said NO. So I asked if they were located at 555 W. Allen and again in an irritable voice he said YEAH and then hung up on me before I could say another word. Ignorant and rude. Won't be calling this company for service again

JB plumbing is awesome, they showed up same day, set out a plan for our repair, and even showed up on Sunday. Jeff and Ryan are always kind and courteous, and so are their employees. And all at a great price.
