I wish I could give this 0 stars! This guy came out appraised some commercial property for me and actually appraised lower than what I bought it for and after spending about $30,000 on upgrades! Hesat in the driveway for 10 minutes then came in for five minutes took a couple of pictures and left. I would not waste my time or money on this clown!
