They take care of you here. Thats really the botton line. It's so nice to have someone to talk to, who you know is going to be there each time you call. I've tried Geico, E-ssurance, etc. for my home, auto and some life but constantly got frustrated at not having a consistent person to talk to. I always thought that the "Agency Rates" were going to be much higher versus these big online companies but I was actually wrong.
