We reached out to J&B Management seeking assistance in dealing with one of his tenants. We sent three faxes (he doesn’t have an email address) and left several voicemails but didn’t get a response. The issue persists because we can’t count on Joe Bucci to follow through. He is shockingly irresponsible. He does not do his due diligence in vetting tenants and will not intervene if his tenants are making your life miserable.
Joe Bucci who is the owner of J&B management of 5301 N. Ashland is a slumlord. This building is infested with bed bugs and cockroaches! He will enter your apartment without 48 Hours notification, without it being a serious matter under the Illinois real estate law. It is sad that a building in Andersonville one of the top areas of Chicago would be allowed to occupy in a pristine area as Andersonville.
