It was a while back. First the home had not been cleaned. They told us if we cleaned it they would compensate us for it... first lie. There was a large pile of trash, couple pickup loads in the back yard and a leaky toilet that was so bad we had to shut off the water. They said it would be fixed with in a day or 2 of moving in. 2 months later I threatened to have my attorney break the lease and they finally fixed it.
