I really liked these people until something went wrong, then the golden rule--treat people as you want to be treated--disappeared and it was all my fault. 600 sq feet of new floor cupped badly and all of a sudden I could not get them on the phone. Then it was "you must have had some moisture under there". Whose job is it to know that, anyway? Am I a flooring professional? Not really, or I would have done it myself. Other than that they did a marvelous job, but the floor is still cupped and looks terrible.
My hardwood floor needed to be recoated and had some problem areas to deal with. J&B worked with me to accomplish this to my satisfaction and came back several times, until I was fully satisfied. I heartily recommend them.
Our Maple hardwood floor of 20 years had developed numerous scratches, so we wanted it refinished. It seems to be the smarter option than replacing it. Of the half dozen contractors that came out to do an estimate, only Travis with J&B showed respect, professionalism and desire to do the job well.
