Exactly what I wanted – I had a pre-purchase inspection done on a car I was going to purchase. They were fast, accurate, and no nonsense. I will be a return customer.
Not sure these guys know what they are doing... – I've had my car there many times and once I came to them with more serious issues, I ended up spending a lot of money, and not solving my car's problem. Just under a year ago I came to them with a vibration problem in the steering wheel of my 325xi. They said they checked the tires and the rim and found no issues. We have tried to contact you and offer a credit on the work. You have not returned our calls. It is hard to repair issues we do not know exist. Please contact us so we can work out this issue with you. We would even offer you a 1900 store credit on the axle repair if you believe that did not fix the issue. Your last repair shows 4MM on the brake pads. 4mm of pad life can last varied amounts of time depending on the driving habits. Consider Eurotech - Ignore the Slander – I have done the opposite and gone straight to J&B Eurotech whenever I've had problems. Representatives from the business have actually come out to different BMW and Euro events to mingle with owners and answer tech-related questions from all who ask. BMW coding masters! – Needed ECU work done after a Transmission swap and he had everything I needed to remove the GEAR icon on the cluster! Even the Dealer couldn't figure it out for me...that tells you a lot
Dennis Hudoba – Meet all my expectations, quotes were emailed and accurate. Took the time to show me all my old parts and explain what was done. I was impressed how clean the shop area was. they also have all the factory equipment to service my car. I was wowed by the touch less wheel aligner. Jim Thompson – Picked up my car at the office. After they Diagnosed the issue they emailed me a complete report with pictures of the affected part. After the car was repaired dropped the car back at my office. Great service I never had to leave work and got my car repaired at a fair price! Highly Recommended.
