I called at 0900 and had my torsion spring replaced and functioning before 1000. Fast, efficient and polite. Jason was top notch. Thanks fellas.
Kyle from J&B doors was quick to schedule Jason to repair my garage door and the price was reasonable. Jason was proactive to repair it quickly and gave few tips to maintain the garage doors. I would definitely recommend them.
Kyle, the owner, new instantly what door I had that needed to be replaced and what I needed it to be replaced with. Called many other companies and was quoted $75-$150 more for the same door and installation and could tell they weren’t as knowledgeable as I had to wait on hold for long periods while they tried to come up with a quote. Bill, the installer, was obviously also an expert as we had a problem with a slope in the driveway which he quickly found the solution to. Excellent service, very professional, prompt and went the extra mile to please. Cost was reliable and did not try to up-sell. Technician actually knew how to repair the problem and had the parts. Other companies wanted to sell new opener.
Excellent service I’d recommend to anyone. They do a clean, professional job. I called around and they had the lowest price. Changed a garage door opener at two different locations this month. One was the same day I called and the other was the next day. Jason does a great job and is a master at his craft. He even pays attention to little details like coiling the wire for the sensor to reduce tension in case you accidentally hit it. Quick to return my phone calls as well.
