What a nice family run business. They are personable and relatable. They also do amazing work. We had a custom cushion made for our kitchen bench and the measurements fit, the materials are really nice, and the craftsmanship is impeccable. It’s nice to see a business sticking to their roots. It’s so hard to find good quality nowadays. Thanks Joe and Cathy!
Had 6 dinette chairs reupholstered. Absolutely masterful workmanship. Joe added piping to the bottom of the seat that was not discussed or expected. Fair price and done in a timely manner. An elder man, great skills, and yes, you do need a sense of humor and patience when dealing with Joe. But he is a sweetheart and your finished product will be very pleasing to you.
So far not impressed. After waiting over 6 months for my table and chairs that were pretty expensive, there has been nothing but issues. The table top is very pretty, not the right base. The chairs were not the right finish but they are ok. Unfortunately, the finish on the chair seats after a month starting to come off around the edges. Go figure. No complaints about end product. One word of caution - Joe’s demeanor comes across as very trustworthy - don’t be lulled by it - make sure that the deal you make is in writing or you risk being charged for more money in the 11th hour.
My wife and I wanted to purchase bar stools to match a bar we had bought elsewhere. The owner was extremely pleasant and accommodating. We purchased 2 stools and didn't like the way they looked when we got home. When I returned with the stools, I also had a shelf from the bar so we could match them up. The owner helped me look up stools online, check the shelf against his inventory, and ultimately select the perfect stool.
