J&B is such a great company. I have always had a great experience with internal and external staff. I feel the company fees are within range of what I would expect but their service and attention to customers makes them the right choice.
I have been a customer of J & B for longer than I can remember. They are a delight to do business with. Barbara is extremely pleasant as the contact person and the people that are sent out are competent and nice. Could not ask for more.
After receiving several quotes from competitors, J&B Comfort Solutions offered the most competitive and comprehensive plan to replace my HVAC system and my old thermostats with "smart thermostats." In addition to offering the best quote, J&B took the time to answer all of my questions and help me to select the best equipment for my home. I had a rather poor experience with JnB. First, the technician who came out was rather nice. However, inexperienced and was constantly trying to talk to the boss on what the issue might be by explaining on the phone. The issue that was diagnosed was something I brought it to him which he had dismissed originally as being a non-issue. To top everything off, the scheduler never told me about the dispatch fee of $150 (I thought it was free estimate) which is much much higher than the avg $70 we see on the market.
