I had a rather poor experience with JnB. First, the technician who came out was rather nice. However, inexperienced and was constantly trying to talk to the boss on what the issue might be by explaining on the phone. The issue that was diagnosed was something I brought it to him which he had dismissed originally as being a non-issue. To top everything off, the scheduler never told me about the dispatch fee of $150 (I thought it was free estimate) which is much much higher than the avg $70 we see on the market.
