These people are rude and don't know how to fix cars
I had my first collision ever in 18 years of driving when I hit a deer while driving my less than one year old Honda Accord. Obviously, I was frustrated for damaging a new vehicle as I thought it will never be the same again and I am about to embark on the journey full of hassle by dealing with repairs, insurances, etc. Well, I am glad to say that I was proven wrong. This was the single worst exprience I have ever had with any business. They did not properly take care of my car. My car was gone thru even areas that had nothing to do with the repair and should not have been touched. Many things were missing from my car when I got it back. Also they did not do the work that they were suppose to. We had to take the car back three times to get the A/C fixed (it was messed up in the wreck) they still have not completed all of the work they were suppose to.
