Brides, if you haven't been able to find "the one" yet, GO HERE!! Jackie is absolutely incredible. This was my third appointment and I didn't have any expectation of finding something, but in came Jackie and out I went with the perfect dress. They only was available to be Rich by appointments, unfortunately, that was upsetting they had doors closed. They saw me out the door, and nobody never came out to see how they can help me and informed the situation why the doors was closed when there were people inside.
I had a great experience with Amy! We went upstairs and had our own private room. The whole process was easy and comfortable. They even allowed us to enjoy champagne outside by the fountain!
Update: My dress came in and it was absolutely perfect. My consultant took the time to ensure I was happy and everything was good. I ended up changing a detail of my dress and she showed me different options. Totally recommend J&B! Highly recommend!!!! Very communicative and professional. My party and I were greeted right away, and helped. Prior to my appointment, I was asked to send in inspiration photos of dresses I liked, my budget and my size to help plan my appointment.
