I just had a nightmare experience with them JB Automotive. Early on a Friday, my car broke down and power steering went out I paid to have it towed and they fixed it saying it was a fuse, they charged me $170 which for a fuse is nuts but whatever, I needed my car for the next Monday for my first day at my new job. But it broke down with the same issue the next day. Had to pay for a tow again, and my car was then in their shop for OVER A WEEK. Didn’t communicate well and kept pushing back the completion date. I am from out of town. I got in Friday waited till Monday and called. They got me on the in right away. They took their time to solve the actual problem and got me back on the road Wednesday morning! Very nice! Great place, and they have some awesome plants in their shop!
John and his crew are great! 45 years and counting!
