I had the absolute worst experience with JB Automotive. My car broke down in billings and with AAA towing, it was one of the few options to drop my car off at. They kept it for four months— Every time i called to get a time estimate, i was told they would find out and get back to me-which they never would. It was four months with zero communication. I recently had the opportunity to visit J B Automotive in Billings, MT, for urgent car repairs while traveling from out of state. This place saved me. We broke down 77 miles outsied of Billings on Monday morning. AAA reccomended this shop. We were towed there and they stayed open about 15 extra minutes until we arrived. They stored my son's bike, which was on top of our car, so he had peace of mind about it not being stolen from the top of the car.
