Saved the day! Took on a hefty-task most other shops wouldn’t! FULL ENGINE REPLACEMENT. On my grand Cherokee srt. Got me in right away dealt with the warranty so I didn’t have to! and when it went over what warranty would cover, they kept costs reasonable! 5 STARS! will definitely use these folks again. My car broke down and I live out of town. These people got me in and got me back on the road same day, and it was a lot of work. The mechanic even stayed late to finish so I didn't have to be stranded overnight.
Cannot express the exceptional care provided by Kaylee and John and what ever mechanic took care of my honda pilot..took us to and from hotel .. extremely professional and very friendly..we r out of towners and felt right at home ...THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

I just had a nightmare experience with them JB Automotive. Early on a Friday, my car broke down and power steering went out I paid to have it towed and they fixed it saying it was a fuse, they charged me $170 which for a fuse is nuts but whatever, I needed my car for the next Monday for my first day at my new job. But it broke down with the same issue the next day. Had to pay for a tow again, and my car was then in their shop for OVER A WEEK. Didn’t communicate well and kept pushing back the completion date.
