Integrity – doing the right thing when no one else is looking For many years, my father was a long-time customer and believer in JB Automotive. After his death, my mother continued to use the establishment for auto repair issues after her car warranty had expired. Recently, she had a problem with the tire monitoring system of her car and took the vehicle to JB Automotive for repair. Quality diagnostics...fast reasonable service... good people!
I have been to this shop numerous times with 2 different vehicles and have NEVER had an issue. I have family members that go there as well. Goodyear sent me there because they could not do the work required.
They are wonderful! The first place I took my car to told me it would be over $500 and then they told me the car could not be fixed at all because the part was not made any more. I learned about JB Automotive from an Uber driver and I had it towed to them. They fixed it in less than 3 hour and the bill was right at $200. AND, the problem was not what the other guys had even said!!! I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!
