I have been to this shop numerous times with 2 different vehicles and have NEVER had an issue. I have family members that go there as well. Goodyear sent me there because they could not do the work required.
They are wonderful! The first place I took my car to told me it would be over $500 and then they told me the car could not be fixed at all because the part was not made any more. I learned about JB Automotive from an Uber driver and I had it towed to them. They fixed it in less than 3 hour and the bill was right at $200. AND, the problem was not what the other guys had even said!!! I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE . I brought my car to have spark plugs & coils replaced . When I called for the status of my car they told me I needed a STARTER . When I went to pick up my car it wasn’t even starting up the same. I drove it 5 minutes down the road and it began to overheat . I was recommended by the Good Year in Kenner .
