Very pleased. I called on a Saturday and got the answering sevice, but Kathy, who was very nice, immediately called me and said she was sending someone as soon as he finished another job. Bryan came soon after and diagnosed the problem with my unit not cooling. He said they would try to get the parts house to open up, which they did, and that Kathy would call me Sunday. She couldn't give me an exact time, but she would call me when she knew. She did, and I met Bryan, who finished the work, except for paperwork, in about 40 m... read more
Very pleased with the service that I received from J&B Air Conditioning. I had a coolant leak and the tech was able to find it and do the repairs. Never once was I pressured to have a new unit installed, as I did with a previous company. Their efforts and honesty meant a lot and I will definitely use again and recommend to everyone.
