They were very professional. Within one week of the first diagnosis, they had my new furnace installed and completed. I would use them again.
He hasn't called back, this makes twice!!! A1 Kens, had parts in stock, made repairs myself. I told them what was wrong and they charged me a service call. Definitely get someone else to repair your unit.
