I was in desperate need trying to find someone to fix my car and found J and M Automotive on Google. I highly highly recommend these guys!! It's a family owned business and they are just the nicest people ever!! I cannot express how helpful J & M has been! This has been the absolute BEST customer service I’ve experienced since moving to TN! Hands down, I would recommend them to anyone that was having any sort of car trouble they needed fixed. They were extremely knowledgeable and fast with their work. I will be taking my vehicles here for the rest of my time living in this state!

I felt very welcomed from the time I entered the shop. Family oriented. James was very professional, trustworthy, courteous and performed excellent work on my truck. Just AWESOME! They have worked on three of my vehicles and are just amazing. They do not rip you off like others. I will never take my cars anywhere else. The entire family is wonderful and will treat you like they treat their family/kids.
