I cannot express how helpful J & M has been! This has been the absolute BEST customer service I’ve experienced since moving to TN! Hands down, I would recommend them to anyone that was having any sort of car trouble they needed fixed. They were extremely knowledgeable and fast with their work. I will be taking my vehicles here for the rest of my time living in this state!

I was in desperate need trying to find someone to fix my car and found J and M Automotive on Google. I highly highly recommend these guys!! James and Melissa are wonderful folks, they are our go to shop for any car issues we have for our mini van and scion. They are honest, genuine, trust worthy and fair priced. It’s refreshing to find an honest mechanic, you will not be let down, he will be your go to guy!
James is just a very good guy, down to earth, knowledgeable and saved me a lot of money. Won’t hoo-do you like the businesses in town. He even offered transport to and from his place of business while he was working on my car. He really helped me in my time of need and I would absolutely use him in the future. 100% recommend.
