We had Jeff and Karla come to a place we were buying. They were so thorough and took the time to explain the recommendation and findings. They were quick in coming out and sending us the report. I recommend to all friends and family!!
As a singe, young female buying her first home I imagined a home inspection as a middle aged hyper-masculine guy mansplaining to me all of the things that were wrong with the 100+ year old house I was interested in buying. Jeff and Karla did a wonderful job on the inspection they did on a house that my Dad was considering buying. They explained all their findings and were so helpful. Jeff really did a thorough job in the inspection including going down into the house's crawl space and discovering major things wrong with the foundation. If it was not for Jeff's findings, we could have potentially made a big mistake in purchasing the house and it saved us a lot of money and headache. I would highly recommend them.
Jeff and katie arrived on time and provided a comprehensive evaluation of the property we were seeking to purchase. They gave recommendations on items that needed to be repaired. They ask us of our concerns and after the inspection they again asked if we had any other question. They completed the inspection report and supplied it to us the very next morning along with sending a copy to our realtor. I highly recommend J&K Inspections to anyone in need of such a service!
