RecommendedI drove 6 hours to buy a new KRX just because no one could beat their price. I called Spencer on Friday and told him I would be there Saturday morning, when we got there we were out in 2 hours. Rick in financing was fantastic as well. I will definitely be back in the future, and will definitely send everyone I know that way!
Customer service really sucks at both locations. Called Huron location, left message never received a call back. Called Port Clinton location, finally talked to a Karl, whom acted like he didn't have time for me and was disgusted sounding that he had to spell his email for me. karl.oreskovich would everyone know how to spell that? No. Sent pictures that he wanted almost 3 weeks ago and STILL haven't heard from him. So I called Yamaha myself, got my answer in less than 5 minutes. Came in ready to buy a new ATV. Walked in the door, not one greeting from any of the employees, just uninviting looks. We went back and looked at the ATV's, not one associate came to help, we were back there for 20 minutes waiting...taking our business to Schiets, don't waste your time here.
I went with a friend to pick up his new boat! We drove 1000 miles one way from south Louisiana. When we got there the whole team was just great. They answered all questions, was very polite, professional, and even took us to the lake to take the boat out and show us all the bells and wissles of the boat!
Karl, Nick, and Dawson were the team members we worked with in Port Clinton to have service work done. Had a small hick up that Karl solved with ease. Nick and Dawson had respect and showed courtesy to me and my wife at all times. Thanks for an awesome experience we will be back!
Mike from service was amazing to deal with and they had my jet ski fixed within a few weeks. It had damage to the front of it and needed 20 or so hours of repair. They were very efficient and friendly and very impressed with turn around! Huron and Port Clinton both did a great job!
I wouldn’t buy a pair of gloves from this place. Very unhappy on how we were treated the other day
Very rude people and most bikes way over priced !!!!
