WHEN I FIRST CAME BACK TO TENNESSEE AFTER MY HUSBAND PAST ME AND MY BROTHER CAME DOWN I NEEDED SOMETHING WITH 4WD I DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF MONEY,AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD WORK SOMETHING OUT WITH ME AND THEY DID I STILL HAVE MY SUV,AND I PLAN ON GOING BACK TO THEM AGAIN FOR SOMETHING ELSE.THANK YOU J&J AUTOS YOUR GREAT

IF THERE WAS A WAY TO LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! DO NOT RENT FROM HIM!!! Rodney Hurd is a horrible person and landlord. He kicked my 10 year old son and I out after we lived there for 3 and a half years for no reason!!! Then he slandered my name to people that were going to possibly rent to me. He claimed I had 5 roommates in a one bedroom apartment. I don't even know five people in Kingsport considering I'm from Florida.He told people I had drugs all over my counters and that my neighbors called him over 100 times complaining ... read more

so these people will rip you off and put your life at risk for a dollar!! Buyers beware!!
Waste. Of. Money. Do not go to this car lot.
I have stoped by no one would come out to help. and after seeing all these reviews I'm very glad I didn't get any help. I will not return and I will not recommend this car lot to no one
