IF THERE WAS A WAY TO LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! DO NOT RENT FROM HIM!!! Rodney Hurd is a horrible person and landlord. He kicked my 10 year old son and I out after we lived there for 3 and a half years for no reason!!! Then he slandered my name to people that were going to possibly rent to me. He claimed I had 5 roommates in a one bedroom apartment. I don't even know five people in Kingsport considering I'm from Florida.He told people I had drugs all over my counters and that my neighbors called him over 100 times complaining ... read more
