Incomplete-Negligent Unsafe work. I brought my 2003 Ford Explorer to J&B Auto Service for what was quoted as a $390 intake manifold gasket job. That quickly turned into $889.98+$31.15 in debit card fees after they claimed the manifold was cracked I agreed and ordered the replacement. I supplied a full gasket set and spark plugs myself the gasket set was not used despite being provided.
