VERY Expensive!!! I'm a strong supporter of local businesses and go out of my way to support them whenever I can. That said, I recently needed an appliance part, which I could have purchased online for about $14.90, but was willing to pay a little more for the convenience and to support my local economy. Quoted me \$65 toward a home visit that would be applied against my repair. Then said it would cost me \$129 to unclog my pump. Then after disassembling the pump, hit me with a \$375 repair to replace a pump that I found out was available through the manufacturer for \$150. All this took less than an hour. Not a great value. Beside the lack of value, they were great.
