Quoted me \$65 toward a home visit that would be applied against my repair. Then said it would cost me \$129 to unclog my pump. Then after disassembling the pump, hit me with a \$375 repair to replace a pump that I found out was available through the manufacturer for \$150. All this took less than an hour. Not a great value. Beside the lack of value, they were great.
