Don’t trust this service department. I had a noise coming from the front end of my truck that they never diagnosed for over three years. I had to take my truck over to Cannon Toyota to diagnose the issue, and by this time, my extended warranty had already expired. J Allen wouldn’t help cover the cost or take any blame. In addition to that, this service department had me pay out of pocket for wheel bearing replacements that should have been filed as a claim through my extended warranty company. 5 star service! Toyota is the best!
Scheduled appointment for oil change at 10am. Dropped truck off at 9:45. Truck still wasn't ready at 2pm. Then when I leave, I start hearing my engine making a weird noise when I get above 2000 rpms. nice
I bought 2 cars from this dealership last year. I went to get my oil changed to find out they don't have the oil filter for my car. So I came back the next day and got it changed. I didn't realize until I got home they did not reset the oil reminder. So I'm going to have to waste my gas for a third time to go get it taken care of when it should have been done correctly the first time. I gave it 2 stars only because Laura in service was very nice, but I did have service issues not due to her. J. Allen Toyota Service So, we had an issue on my 2021 Tundra where my blind spot monitoring and my rear cross traffic stopped functioning. Took it into J. Allen Toyota where I purchased the vehicle and where I purchased a top-of-the-line extended warranty. They put it on the computer and at no charge said we cannot do anything warranty because you have aftermarket Tow Mirrors that may be causing the problem. The serv... read more
