I gave it 2 stars only because Laura in service was very nice, but I did have service issues not due to her. J. Allen Toyota Service So, we had an issue on my 2021 Tundra where my blind spot monitoring and my rear cross traffic stopped functioning. Took it into J. Allen Toyota where I purchased the vehicle and where I purchased a top-of-the-line extended warranty. They put it on the computer and at no charge said we cannot do anything warranty because you have aftermarket Tow Mirrors that may be causing the problem. The serv... read more
Zach was courteous made me feel like he was appreciated me choosing this location to have my services done. Great experience in parts the counter man went out of his way to show me the information I needed as well as how to install it. Very grateful they even send a short video of them checking tire tread and breaks. Pretty neat will keep coming here! If you are in a hurry go somewhere else though.
2 1/2 hours on a oil change. That was scheduled for 1:15 drop off. Got it back Gracie handprints on the front of the car and they never reset the service light. I just think as a dealership they can do better. On a 2024.
We went to J. Allen to have her Matrix XR AWD diagnosed, to be sure the LOUD rumbling whine in her car was the rear differential, as I expected, since I had already checked tire wear and wheel bearings, and looked under the rear bumper to see the rear diff was coated in dirty black oil... We SPECIFIED that the DRIVE SHAFT CARRIER BEARING and the REAR DIFFERENTIAL be checked in the diagnostic service.
